Placing Your Task on Contract
You, your agency, and the ATSP PMO
- Contact the Northrop Grumman ATSP PMO and/or the DMEA points of contact
- Define the task and requirements
- Develop program strategy
- Provide funding (MIPR or other appropriate document)
- Review proposal and provide technical evaluation
- Manage task on a daily basis
DMEA Role
- Coordinates with you and Northrop Grumman
- Finalizes Contractual Engineering Task
- Assists in developing necessary strategy
- Prepares procurement package
- Issues RFP
- Coordinates proposal technical evaluation
- Negotiates and issues the Delivery Order
- Provides technical oversight during task performance
- Task management, as requested. The Customer always has technical oversight
