The Advanced Technology Support Program is an IDIQ contracting vehicle providing streamlined contracting access for all federal and state organizations of the U.S. to contract with the Northrop Grumman Corporation to develop advanced technology solutions.
ATSP is a Government-wide contracting vehicle
- Administered by the Office of the Secretary of Defense through the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA)
- Managed by the Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems Program Management Office (NGES PMO) in Baltimore, MD
- Accessible to all government agencies

- Contractual Engineering Task (CET) similar to a Statement of Work (SOW)
