Overview of ATSP
The Advanced Technology Support Program is a government-wide indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracting vehicle available to the Department of Defense, federal agencies including NASA, FAA, DoT, state agencies, as well as dual-use customers from the commercial sectors. The objective is to quickly access advanced technology solutions from competitively selected contractors having proven advanced technology capability.- Administered by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA)
- Precompeted contract allows the customer to select Northrop Grumman to bid on and receive an ATSP2 delivery order without having to evaluate proposals from other companies, thus minimizing acquisition time and costs
