Career opportunities for new graduates
Benefits | Professional Development Program | Internships
At ES, talent rarely languishes. We tend to let our new hires take on as much as they can handle from day one. At the same time, we recognize that the transition from an academic setting to a production environment may take some adjustment. To help in that transition, we've developed several routes for new graduates who want to join our team.
You'll have the opportunity to work with seasoned managers and professionals, the same visionary folks who designed and developed field-proven systems for the F-22 and AWACS. You'll be helping them to keep those systems current and applying other, newly-emerging technologies to the challenges of the new century. Don't worry about being bored; there are more than enough "stretch assignments" to go around.
Building Connections
Employees at ES have the opportunity to connect with each other in a work environment of cutting-edge technology that is characterized by a strong sense of caring, community and mutual respect. Employees share experiences, insights, diverse perspectives and creative solutions with some of the best minds in the industry through integrated product teams, cross-functional teams, employee resource groups and time spent with mentors.
The New Graduate Professional Development Program
The Professional Development Program (PDP) is a rotational assignment program for recent college graduates interested in Engineering & Manufacturing, Business Management and Supply Chain Management positions. This is a highly competitive program where high academics, prior internship/co-op experiences and a well rounded education are the keys to success. The program offers participants (known as PDPs) the opportunity to experience several different assignments in a variety of departments. Learn more about the PDP»
