Engineering Scholars Program

This scholarship program is intended to support promising high school seniors who intend to pursue a career in an approved engineering program and who live in communities where Electronic Systems is a major presence. The application process is now open.

TEAACH (Teachers and Engineers for Academic Achievement)

To help develop tomorrow's technical talent, the sector introduced the TEAACH  internship program. TEAACH is now accepting applications for the 2012 Illinois session.

DiscoverE

The DiscoverE program is designed to educate elementary through high school students about engineering and engineering careers in a fun, interactive presentation. Learn about DiscoverE.

REAACH (Retirees and Engineers for Academic Achievement)

This new STEM outreach program will partner a teacher with a retired or current Northrop Grumman engineer in the classroom. Learn more.

WORTHY (Worthwhile to Help High School Youth)

The WORTHY program model was created by Northrop Grumman to promote the pursuit of technical degrees and careers among high school students. Learn more about WORTHY.
