REAACH Eligibility
- To be considered, participants (active and retired) need to have been a full-time Northrop Grumman employee for at least one year and preferably at least 15 years of professional engineering experience
- Successful completion of REAACH classroom readiness course taught on-site by Johns Hopkins University
- Completion of REAACH application and standard industrial background investigation, including manager approval for program participation that supports ongoing classroom commitment
