The purpose of this site is to introduce you to the ES Ethics & Business Conduct program. As a defense contractor and public corporation, Northrop Grumman must abide by numerous federal laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Anti-Kickback Act of 1986, and Sarbanes Oxley Act, just to name a few. In addition, we voluntarily subscribe to the principles set forth in the Defense Industry Initiative on Business Ethics and Conduct. Our President and Chief Executive Officer, Wes Bush, outlines the magnitude of a sound ethics program as part of his key priorities and company goals; Jim Pitts, Corporate Vice President & President of ES, consistently underscores the importance of maintaining our excellent reputation and acting with integrity.
