New Employee Materials
Welcome to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Systems Team!
The purpose of this site is to introduce you to the ES Ethics & Business Conduct program. As a defense contractor and public corporation, Northrop Grumman must abide by numerous federal laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Anti-Kickback Act of 1986, and Sarbanes Oxley Act, just to name a few. In addition, we voluntarily subscribe to the principles set forth in the Defense Industry Initiative on Business Ethics and Conduct. Our President and Chief Executive Officer, Wes Bush, outlines the magnitude of a sound ethics program as part of his key priorities and company goals; Jim Pitts, Corporate Vice President & President of ES, consistently underscores the importance of maintaining our excellent reputation and acting with integrity. This commitment to ethics and integrity is the cornerstone of the company culture and leadership philosophy. Our vision is to be the most trusted provider of systems and technologies that ensure the security and freedom of our nation and its allies. Our purpose is to maintain the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and trust in all aspects of our business and to meet our responsibilities to employees, customers, shareholders, and the nation. Our success centers on trusted, open communication throughout the workforce.
