Northrop Grumman's Aviation Crew Trainer (ACT) provides low cost, realistic training for combat aircrew.
- Trains aircrew against realistic MANPADS engagement scenarios
- Fully integrated After Action Review (AAR) capability includes IR video, with timing and position overlay, operator audio, and engagement parameters (range, shot number, etc.). AAR recorded to standard COTS digital media (PCMCIA) for debrief on any PC.
- Optional RF ACT stimulator provides attachable stimulation capability for RWRs
- Optional IR ACT emitter stimulates infrared countermeasures systems at threat representative ranges.
- Extensive use of COTS components simplifies operation and maintenance; simple maintenance using modular LRUs keeps units in field, not in depot.
- Highly mobile, battery powered, one-person deployment and operation; all-weather, day/night capable.
